"So You Think You Can Dance" 2013 resumes Sept. 3 on FOX with the season 10 performance finale, featuring more routines by top four finalists Jasmine Harper, Amy Yakima, Fik-Shun Stegall and Aaron Turner. An official Aug. 28 show press release revealed not only the identities of the two guest judges, but also the names of the four popular all-stars who will partner the hopefuls as they compete one last time for America's votes.
Scheduled to join regular "SYTYCD" panelists Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy at the judges' table are super star Paula Abdul and Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas. Abdul served as a judge during the July 10 episode, and on Aug. 28, tweeted her excitement over returning to critique the dancers for a second time.
Douglas, who helped the U.S. women's gymnastics team to a gold medal finish at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, recently relocated to Los Angeles to further her career. In addition to appearing on "SYTYCD," Douglas is also allegedly mulling a deal that would snag her a spot as a celebrity contestant on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."
The press release also named the alums who will partner the finalists as they take their final leaps toward victory. Included are season four stand-outs Comfort Fedoke and tWitch Boss, and season seven alums Robert Roldan and Melinda Sullivan. Fedoke, Boss and Roldan have all previously appeared as all-stars during season 10.
