Syracuse vs. Minnesota live stream coverage is ready for the 2013 Texas Bowl. TV game start time for Syracuse vs. Minnesota is 6 p.m. ET, with the battle between the Big Ten and ACC representatives taking place on ESPN. An updated report from ESPN on Friday (Dec. 27) has the Golden Gophers as 3 1/2 point favorites to win the 2013 Texas Bowl.
The Orange come into this game with a 6-6 record, having become bowl eligible just barely this season. The team finished 4-4 in ACC play, but has had trouble scoring points at times. They averaged just 22.8 points per game in the first season under new head coach Scott Shafer.
The Golden Gophers finished the year 8-4, including going 4-0 outside of Big Ten play. The team has David Cobb at running back, who provided 1,111 rushing yards and seven touchdowns during the season. The team actually played in this bowl game last season as well, falling to Texas Tech 34-31.
The Syracuse vs. Minnesota live stream coverage will be provided by the Watch ESPN application. It will come on immediately following the Marshall vs. Maryland Military Bowl taking place on the network a bit earlier in the day. It will also be followed by BYU vs. Washington in the Fight Hunger Bowl.
