SyFy announced today, Feb.25, that they are ending their supernatural drama "Being Human" after this season. They are currently in the middle of their fourth season and they have planned to end ths show on April 7. Episode seven of thirteen aired last night.

This what Syfy had to say about the cancellation of one of SyFy's most popular show, "They’ve saved the best for last with the final six episodes that revisit the story’s beginning, leading to a not-to-be-missed send-off for Aidan, Sally, Josh and Nora. We promise that the final episodes will be full of twists, turns and surprises that will culminate in a spectacular series finale."

Being Human began in 2011 and consisted on a vampire, ghost, and werewolf trying to live a human life. The show has seen ups and downs of the characters, loss of family and powers, and a lot of emotion. This American show is based upon the BBC original show with the same title that ended last year after five seasons.

So, HBO has announced the cancellation of "True Blood", NBC will announce "Dracula's" demise soon, and now "Being Human." The only vampire shows that have been renewed for this fall is "The Vampire Diaries" and "The Originals".

It appears that the vampires are slowly going back into their coffins.
