A driver who was intoxicated was fleeing from the police when his car crashed into a crowd at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, Texas early Thursday morning. The crash killed two persons and injured at least 23 others according to a CNN report on Thursday. Of the injured, five persons are in critical condition.
