Today, down in Austin, Texas, the Audience Award winners were announced on the film festival side of things at SXSW 2014. Shawn Christensen's "Before I Disappear," which was based on his 2013 Oscar-winning short film, "Curfew," won Best Narrative Feature. Diana Whitten's "Vessel" won Best Documentary Feature, and actor-turned-director Diego Luna's "Cesar Chavez" won the Narrative Spotlight category.

In the Festival Favorites category, Ben Cotner and Ryan White's "The Case Against 8," a documentary five years in the making on the case to overturn California's ban on same-sex marriage, took home the prize.

Here is the list of all the 2014 SXSW Film Audience Award winners, with the exception of the 24 Beats per Second category winner, which will be announced on March 17:
