“Star Wars: The Old Republic” character Akaavi Spar, one of the companions for the smuggler, has seven different customizations to choose from.
Akaavi customization 1 - Medium caucasian skintone with dingy green eyes with a red ring around the iris and short, deep red hair spiked backwards. She has six small horns along her hairline. The customary zabrack tattoo is black and wraps around her eyes, down the bridge of her nose and has points going up the forehead between her horns. A block tattoo covers the cheekbones and connects to another large block that covers the cheeks and leads out to cover the lips and has lines coming off the lower lip pointing down toward the chin.

Akaavi customization 2 - Bright red skintone with bright green eyes with a red ring around the iris and short, bright red, pixie cut hair. The has three small horns below the center of her hairline and two larger horns to either side of those. The zabrack tattoo is deep red and forms a bulging cross-shape on the whole face.
This customization can be purchased on Belsavis and the Ilum base camp.
Akaavi customization 3 - Pale red skin tone with bright green eyes with a red ring around the iris and medium length black hair with two curls on the forehead. She has a small horn at the top of the center of her forehead and behind that is a row of horns going into the hair. To either side of the small horn is a medium sized horn with gold decoration hanging from it. Her tattoos are black and form rings around each eye, join together on the bridge of the nose and point a line upward toward the central, small horn and two more lines angling toward the large horns on either side.

Akaavi customization 4 - Pale orange skin tone with orange eyes with a red ring around the iris and medium length brown-red hair. She has three small horns hidden in the front of the hairline. The black zabrack tattoos follow the bottom of the jaw line, the hollows of the cheeks and the area around the eyes.

Akaavi customization 5 - Pale orange skin tone with green eyes with a red ring around the iris and medium length red hair pulled back. Her horns, decorated with gold accents, go down the center of the skull with a horn on either side of the middle row, toward the front of the hairline. The black tattoos follow the jaw line and fill the area all the way up to the cheekbone. A line extends from this bulk of the tattoo to cover the nose. Another line extends to attach to the tattoo surrounding the eye.

Akaavi customization 6 - Deep red skin tone with green eyes with a red ring around the iris. The head is bald with horns - ranging from small to large - scattered around the top of the head. The zabrack tattoo is black and covers the entire ear area and extends down the jawbone and hollow of the cheek to connect to the larger tattoo around the lips, with lines radiating over the lips. The tattoo around the eye orbit extends upward toward the horns in two lines on opposite sides of the forehead.

Akaavi customization 8 - A pale Caucasian skin tone - one of the Republic zabrack skin tones - with brown eyes. The hair is short and brown with two pigtails at the back. She has six small horns on the forehead that have a golden chain connecting to each of them and a large silver ornament in the middle of the forehead. The zabrack tattoos are a pale, shadowy black that cover the chin area almost completely and come out from the eye area toward the temple.
This customization can only be purchased from the Security Key vendor on the Ilum Orbital Station.
