Ten-month-old "Viola," has exquisitely sad eyes - she seems to know that where she is being held is not safe.
Viola, who is identified as number A104189, is currently being held at the Chicago Animal Care and Control facility in Illinois and according to the CACC Transfer Team, she is only available to a rescue agency.
According to the volunteer team, the following reasons may be why the dog has been deemed "rescue only."
Since these dogs are not on the adoption floor due to reasons such as space or medical, we need rescue groups to pull them asap.

Please take a moment to share Viola's information - her eyes are far too sad for a puppy and she will not be considered "safe" until she has walked free from the animal control facility.
