Bachelorette Paige Duke continued on her journey to find “Mr. Right” on the latest episode of Sweet Home Alabama. Paige went on her first one-on-one date with Shaun Smith. The couple got to show their sense of humor, while feeding cows. The date took an emotional turn when Shaun revealed that his “Credit Card” had been stolen before he came on the show. It turns out that “Credit Card” was the name of his stolen horse. Still, Shaun got the first kiss of the season. Paige admitted, “I just love being around him.” At the house, some of the guys were causing a few problems. An argument erupted when Jeremy crushed crackers in Andy’s hair. The country guys thought the city guys were being immature and degrading. The next day on the group date, the guys got to release their aggression in a friendly paintball war that pitted country against city. Since he protected Paige so well, Landon “Tex” Chase was chosen to go on a date with Paige. David Ellermen was the first city guy to have a date with her. Paige was clearly bored listening to David ramble on about himself the whole evening. They later went on a carriage ride, where Paige wasn’t feeling the date at all. Shaun’s father called to tell him that his horse had been found dead. The people who had stolen his horse didn’t feed or water it. The country guys and Paige couldn’t believe someone could be so cruel. They were there to comfort Shaun. At the elimination ceremony, three more guys were sent packing. Paige eliminated David Ellermen, Seth Tidwell and Severn Lang. Paige admitted she didn’t feel a spark with any of these guys. “It’s going to get harder and harder,” she said.
