Sweet bruschetta with marmalade and mascarpone


A few articles ago, I shared a recipe with you for cherry bruschetta.  Here is another fantastic dessert bruschetta, but this time I have used a tangy marmalade and decadent mascarpone cheese.  The tangy citrus works extremely well with the slightly sweet cream cheese, and the recipe couldn't be easier!   It is also a fantastic breakfast with your morning coffee.

All of the ingredients are easily found in any Kroger or Publix right here in Nashville.

Sweet bruschetta with marmalade and mascarpone

  • 1 slice crusty bread
  • orange marmalade
  • mascarpone cheese

Toast the bread.  Spread with a thin layer of orange marmalade.  Then top with as much or as little mascarpone as you like.  Enjoy!
