A perfect balance of sweet and salty citrus. This can be eaten warm or chilled with great reviews.
1 grapefruit, halved
1 Tablespoon Sugar in the Raw
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Remove seeds and loosen segments with a knife. If the halves to do not sit flat, take a thin slice off the bottom without reaching the fruit. Place grapefruit halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Sugar in the Raw and sea salt. Broil until sugar is melted. Enjoy!
