After a successful debut in October 2012, Sweaty Saturday will return on Saturday, February 22nd. Many fitness studios across New York City will host special classes and offer perks including nutrition snacks and beverages as well as an occasional gift or prize. This year, Sweaty Saturday's proceeds will be donated to the Partnership for a Healthier America, an organization focused on solving childhood obesity. As compared to 2012, the studio participation for Sweaty Saturday has doubled -- with over 40 studio partners.
As a kick-off to and preview of Sweaty Saturday, there will be an exclusive sneak-peek "one-of-a-kind master mashup class" on Thursday, February 20th, 9:00am at Sweaty Betty. An extremely unique master class has been organized and will feature some of the city's top studios and celebrity instructions including: Sadie Kurzban (305 Fitness), Khori Petinaud (Flybarre), Erica Giovinazzo (BRICK CrossFit), Daury Dross (The Fhitting Room) and Lauren Imparato (I.Am.You.). This event highlights the unique essence of Sweaty Saturday -- the NYC boutique fitness scene uniting to support one common cause.

((305)) Fitness - Start the morning dancing away to a 9AM dance class at the Stepping Out Studios located at 37 W 26th Street. **Purchase a MAKE SWEAT SEXY tank for $32 each and 50% of sales will be donated to Sweaty Saturday.
Exceed Physical Culture - In addition to a Sweaty Saturday Exceed workout at 4PM, Exceed is hosting a special drop-in kids fitness class! *Parents can bring their kids in with them, and the kids have their own class downstairs while the parents have a separate workout upstairs.
Flex Studios (formerly Pilates Proworks) - Try their Flex90 class at 1:30PM - 30 mins of each TRX, Barre, and Pilates - for Sweaty Saturday. The perfect way to sweat it out!
Real Pilates - Real Pilates is doing a special donation ($40 and up) Springtone class with Alycea at 8am on Saturday, Feb 22nd, during that class we will draw a special 3-class-pass as a prize for one of the class members. *Sweaty Saturday Schedule: 8AM – Springtone Sweaty Saturday Style with Alycea (Donation Based)
Studio 360 - Enjoy this Murray Hill studio's 10AM Fire Flow class.
SLT - Soho Studio: 3:30 PM MENgaformer class OR Midtown Studio: 3:30 PM Super Sweaty Saturday interval class. **If a client donates $100 to PHA, they can choose the playlist for a future class they take and if they donate $500 to PHA, they can have a private group class for up to 10 people.

Sweaty Betty - ALL DAY EVENT - Take advantage of five classes during the day: 9am Body Conceptions, 10am NU Fit, 11am KP Dancebody, 12pm KG Dance Body, and 4pm Fun Flow Yoga. RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org. **Space is limited, and it's one class per customer.
