On Saturday, February 22nd, over 40 barre, cycling, Pilates, personal training and yoga studios will come together to support Partnership For A Healthier America (PHA), a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the childhood obesity epidemic. “Sweaty Saturday,” deemed Fashions Night Out For Fitness, will unite the fitness community and allow nearly three million people to do good for themselves, while giving back to others.

Sweaty Saturday will be celebrated by top New York studios including SLT (Strengthen Lengthen Tone), Flywheel, Exhale Mind Body Spa, Barry’s Bootcamp, Tracy Anderson, and The Fhitting Room among others.

This year, luxury women’s activewear brand Sweaty Betty will be Sweaty Saturday’s home base. Renowned for their innovative combination of fashion and functionality, Sweaty Betty will host a series of exclusive fusion-fitness “Master Classes” featuring Sadie Kurzban of ((305)) Fitness, Flybarre’s Khori Petinaud, Erica Giovinazzo of BRICK CrossFit, and Erin Jacques’ Fun Flow Yoga, among others! A percentage of the proceeds from each of the day's Sweaty Saturday classes will go directly towards PHA.
