Swarm make advancement in media front

Today, January 19th 2012, the Minnesota Swarm announced they have reached, and signed, a radio deal with  KFGI SAM 101.5 FM, of the Brainerd Lakes area.  

The deal is the first radio partnership, in team history. As part of the deal, all 8 of the Swarm's 2012 games will be broadcasted and heard in the Brainerd Lakes area and 18 surrounding counties, in central Minnesota. It has already been determined that the broadcast crew will contain Tom Martin and Dan Krogh.

Also, fans will be able to listen to all eight broadcasts for free on Network1Sports.com. Included in the deal, SAM 101.5 will also have a special guest from the Swarm organization every Monday morning, to chat about the team and scout the next week's upcoming opponent, begining at 9 am.

The Swarm's home opener is, Saturday, January 28th at 7pm, against the Buffalo Bandits, at Tresure Island Field at the Xcel Energy Center. For tickets or more information on the Swarm, visit mnswarm.com.
