In the womb baby's are warm and snug with very limited movement. After birth they miss this comfortable confinement and many find sleeping difficult without it. That is why so many parents choose to swaddle their babies. Swaddling is a method of wrapping babies in a blanket which secures their arms and legs and keeps them warm which mimics their time in the womb.

To achieve a good swaddle you will need an extra big blanket with a little stretch too it. Click here to view a swaddling demonstration.
