The theme for the night was five of the best 'power-mixers' competed against each other in unique mix master challenge to then be crowned winner.

Cecconi's Garden at Soho Beach House was taken over as mixologists competed in three rounds of grueling elimination challenges, with tricky ingredients and difficult mixing conditions, contestants Leo Holtzman of Cocktail Collection, Oxana Parfenova from Blackbird Ordinary, Randal Perez from Broken Shaker and Trevor Alberts from Orange Blossom, mixed it out to see who would come out in the lead.

The competitors were critiqued by a tough panel of industry experts, including Miami bartender Ben Potts, Director of Spirits at Constellation Brands, Vicky Arcos cocktail consultant and beverage programmer Ezra Pattek, TV host Alexandra Olavarria, and promoter Jose Ortiz.

Several Miami fashion trendsetters, tastemakers, designers, hipsters and local media like: Jared Shapiro, editor of Ocean Drive Magazine, Stacey Russell from Miami Magazine and Travis Smith of Miami Fashion Network all watched and sipped specialty SVEDKA cocktails created by the contestants themselves.

Winner Randy Perez shook, stired and poured his way to a final prize of $5,000 and the ultimate bragging rights as the first ever SVEDKA Shakedown champ.
