We've seen a little bit of time pass since former Olympian Suzy Favor-Hamilton's secret life as a high-priced call girl was revealed, and at long last, another revelation has appeared. Favor-Hamilton's madam at the Haley Heston's Private Collection service has been identified, as of Friday.
The Smoking Gun, which outed Favor-Hamilton, posted the details on her madam on Friday. Jami Lynn Rodman, 35, is Favor-Hamilton's boss, and the proprietor of Haley Heston’s Private Collection, which describes itself as “the premier Boutique Escort Agency of Las Vegas.”
According to the report, Rodman’s operation has represented scores of high-priced escorts working in Las Vegas and many other major U.S. cities since 2010.
Suzy Favor-Hamilton used the identity of “Kelly Lundy” when she was working as an escort. She wasn't the only public figure to work at the company, though; Heston's stable of escorts has included centerfold models, porn stars, and Rodman herself, who used the alias “Haley Heston.”
TSG first contacted Rodman late last year, but agreed to give Rodman, who answered the call with “Hello, this is Haley” until this week to decide if she wanted to do a comprehensive interview about her escort business, which she said she runs with the help of a male assistant known only as “Troy”.
That explains why TSG did not reveal Rodman's identity until Friday. When they called back earlier this week, she had apparently decided discretion was the better part of valor
Speaking nervously, she said:
You should know how this works. You’re crazy to think I’m the only one involved here. It’s a lot bigger than you think. You know, I can’t talk right now. They know you called.
They’re here. I can’t, I can’t talk right now. I’m gonna have to get in touch with you later.
However, Rodman has not contacted TSG since then, nor did she respond to subsequent phone and e-mail messages.
Although Rodman did not give a detailed interview, some facts are known. She grew up in Oregon and in 1999, she divorced her husband Steve Ottinger, who had previously been in prison for manslaughter for stabbing a man to death.
Later, Rodman created Artonauts, which promoted the work of international artists and arranged for their sale in the U.S. The company eventually morphed into Artonauts Fine Arts, which still exists.
At the end of 2010, she set up the Haley Heston's business anonymously through a Singapore website domain.
Revelations about three-time former Suzy Favor Hamilton's secret call girl life first emerged in mid-December. Since then, many organizations either stated they were cutting ties or considering cutting ties with her. She has apologized -- on Twitter -- but has gone silent since then, not tweeting since Dec. 20.
Haley Heston's website went dark after Suzy Favor-Hamilton has gone dark since she was exposed. However, the images from her ad as "Kelly Lundy" were saved before the site was deleted, and are available in the slideshow (or at least, 20 out of 22 images are, due to embedding limitations).
