Sustainable style series, part 4: eco-friendly accessorizing w/ Pink Studio's Nepal vegan handbag

My Ahimsa-inspired quest for quality vegan accessories inspired me to continue to researching vegan fashion options and my continued online quest lead me to Veganchic.com where I found Pink Studio's "Nepal" pleather handbag.

I ought to mention here that I am in a minority of women who rarely bothers to alternate handbags options.  While I respect meticulous accessorization ----and hope that meticulous accessorizers respect me--- it seems there is a lot to be said for choosing ones fashion battles and this is not one of mine.  If I stumble across a functional handbag that I like, I carry it everyday and default to the, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, mentality.

The vegan option I ended up going with was a relatively small bag.  It's classy, streamline and uniquely shaped, "Nepal" handbag fit that need.  It's pattern and colors ---black and burgundy-- are neutral enough to go with most of what I wear and the abundance of side pockets enable me to get at keys, notes with addresses scribbled on them and my cell phone without even having to open the bag.  The body of the bag's unusual curved edged box shape makes it surprisingly well suitable to handle things that one wouldn't expect such a modestly sized bag to accommodate, such as a large wallet, a notepad and even a small book and the strap size lends itself to carrying it in a number of ways.  Strap length and proportions are exceptionally well suited for petites.
