As Johnson was led from a Constable Van dressed in an orange prison jumpsuit into Judge Joanne Klien's court he did not say anything. He was ordered held without bail and escorted out to go back to prison. It was there that he had to endure the screams and taunts from the family. "Marcel , you look at me"! screamed one woman. Another yelled at him "I hope they rape your faggity ass in prison". Still, Johnson looked straight ahead and did not utter a word.
