Today San Francisco police announced the arrest of a suspect for a 2010 homicide during a home invasion robbery in the City's Sunset District.
Andre Bueno, 29, was taken into custody on December 3, 2012, by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police during a traffic stop, which revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest on suspicion of murder in San Francisco, according to the SFPD.
On January 27, 2010, Ben Luo, 44, was shot to death in his house at 2432 Moraga Street during what appeared to be a home invasion robbery.
Police say a surveillance camera at the residence captured the images of two suspects entering the house at about 5:47 p.m. and carrying at least one handgun.
The SFPD eventually released a surveillance video from a security camera at the residence and posted it on YouTube, showing how the suspects entered the house.
The video appears to show one of the suspects walking up and down the street in front of the residence, as two people approach from across the street. Another camera then shows one of the victims unlocking the front door and one of the suspects charging them, carrying what appears to be a handgun and forcing them inside, with another suspect running in from the sidewalk behind them.

Later, one of the suspects exits the house while hiding a handgun behind his back, then enters the house again with another person, whom he is escorting into the house at gunpoint. This victim was apparently aware that a crime was taking place, and was in the middle of calling the 911 police dispatch when he was interrupted by one of the suspects.
The phone call being made by the victim was recorded and released on YouTube by the SFPD. It captured the voice of one of the suspects telling the victim to go in the house, stay calm and "shut the f--- up!"

Nine people were tied up inside the house by the robbers, police say, but other than Luo, the rest were not seriously harmed.
Police say Bueno was extradited back to San Francisco on January 16, 2013, and is now in custody.
