This season of “Survivor” has given drama a whole new meaning, and last night was no different. This show is about competition, deceit, lying, outplaying, outlasting, and eventually winning 1 million dollars, but this year, this show went to great lengths to make this reality television show seem more like a soap opera. Family members talking about their personal lives out in the open, mothers crying over their daughters, husbands over their wives and words of love being thrown left and right.
But for all who love good competition and feel that drama should be left to that genre of television shows, luckily Sunday marks the end of this most annoying and forgettable season of “Survivor”, viewers can only hope that the upcoming year, the originality of this show and what made it the most viewed, will return with a lineup of new faces doing only what this show is about.
Who will win the 1 million dollars this season? Does it really matter, or instead are viewers more interested in just having those people go away and not come back?
The finale of “Survivor” will air on Sunday at 8:00 p.m. EDT on CBS.
