Stephenie was voted out of "Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains" on episode two, February 18, 2010.
Unlike the last Heroes tribal council, the claws came out immediately, starting with Stephenie versus James. James was gunning for Stephenie because he felt she was poison to the team. When Stephenie tried to defend herself, James wouldn't let her speak.
That was when Colby intervened. He wanted James to give her a break and wanted him to stop bringing up things from Stephenie's past seasons. James then decided to include Colby in the reason why they lost the challenge.
Tom then turned the tables on James, calling him out for bullying everyone and basically for being a cry baby.
Friction
The biggest down fall for the Villains tribe is their friction. Everything is a battle. Everything is an issue. Everything comes with an under-the-breath or backhanded comment.
Rob is probably losing it more than anyone and feels like he is, once again, trapped on a tribe with a bunch of buffoons. He said he was becoming annoyed to the point of being physically sick because people are constantly complaining instead of trying to come up with solution. And when they did try to come up with a solution for their failed shelter, no one could agree on anything.
The Villains weren't the only ones with friction happening, though. At the Heroes camp, Stephenie was becoming annoyed with Rupert, who she claimed always had an opinion, and was feeling like Rupert was after her.
Send them home
When the Heroes returned from the immunity challenge having lost, James was extremely vocal about his frustration with the tribe. He was angry that people hadn't followed through with the original plan of listening to JT, who had competed in the same challenge on a previous season. He tore his tribe apart, and his temper tantrum did not go unnoticed.

James quickly tried to petition for support to send Stephenie home, who he believed must have been the problem in her previous tribes because she was always the only one left.
Stephenie was working with Tom and Colby to bring Cirie and Candice in to their alliance to send Amanda home. Stephenie was sent to bring in Cirie, and Tom was sent to bring in Candice. Candice was really hesitant to agree to any terms with Tom, so Tom let her know what was happening and told her to trust her gut. When Cirie and Candice finally got together, Cirie explained her concerns for joining an alliance so early. At that time, Cirie sounded like she was more open to sending Amanda home because Amanda cost her the million dollars during her season.
