'Survivor:' Brandon has a meltdown

Last night on “Survivor”, for the reward challenge again, the Fans Tribe or Gota, came within an inch of winning, but it was not enough and the Favorites or Bikal got another win under their belt and the reward consisted of steaks, sausages, vegetables, condiments and wine.

But it was not all about celebration back at camp for Bikal because Brandon, feeling himself not in control of everyone in the tribe, realized he had to speak his mind and make one last stand before his torch was put out. He also realized he was a follower and that, he could not live with, still though he had to accept that Phil has played a major role in their victories, therefore, feels himself in the right of talking more than he should, which he does anyway.

Phil and Brandon had an exchange which seemed to have put the animosity between them aside, however, Phil run his mouth to another member in the tribe about him, Phil, wanting Brandon out and this other member in turn went and told Brandon of the reality of the situation, and that sent Brandon into a downward spiral. First he dumped the rice and beans they had to eat, and at the immunity challenge had a total meltdown giving as reason that he alone was the master of his own destiny and just about took himself out of the game. Then Corinne informed everyone that they wished to forfeit the immunity challenge and have tribal council right there and then, and everyone voted to eliminate Brandon. It was indeed, another memorable episode in the history of this show that has had many amusing and jaw-dropping moments.

“Survivor” runs on Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. EST. on CBS.
