'Survivor': Blindsides rule

See also

Once again “Survivor” surprises everyone with a blindside no one saw coming, not even the viewers. On Wednesday’s episode the 3 tribes Brawn, Beauty, and Brains were merged into 2, Solana and Aparri. There were 7 members to each tribe and Solana had most of the Brawn original members with LJ and Jefra joining them.

There is much discord in Solana with some members aligning, others disliking one another and 1 specific individual Tony, this one is just shady and appears to change his mind in the blink of an eye. They lost the Immunity Challenge and LJ was the target for all intents and purposes and despite having the hidden immunity idol, he chose not to use it and there seemed to be a collective sigh of frustration because he was the obvious choice, but once the votes were read Cliff, who believed himself to be in a power position and secure within his alliance was instead sent home; another blindside for the ages.

As far as Aparri is concerned it has the 3 remaining players from the Brain tribe and 4 others who just talked about each other and with no ties to one another at all, so now the 3 who thought would be picked off easily by the others find themselves in a power position ready to play those 4 against each other and thus get far in the game.

“Survivor” runs on Wednesday at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
