Do you or someone you know currently receive post adoption services from an organization such as Parsons Child and Family Center" Were you aware that post adoption resource funding is due to be cut from the New York state 2013 budget?
If these services are cut thousands of New Yorkers, who adopt both domestically and internationally, would be negatively impacted in a time where support can make all the difference.
You still have time to both sign the petition and to call in. If you are interested in calling in you can contact Governor Cuomo’s office by dialing 518-474-8390 (press option 3 to speak to a person, not a recording) and tell him how important post adoption services are to children and their families.
