Collect a commemorative finisher coin when you cross the line at the 2011 Navy 5 Miler in Arlington Virginia. The annual event celebrates its 8th year on Sunday, September 25, 2011, with the start and finish aptly located at the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense: the Pentagon.
Runners can attend the pre-race social and enjoy food and beverage before and after the race. The pre-race social is on Wednesday September 22nd, 2010 at the Hampton Inn, National Harbor. The social event, which starts from 6:30pm to 9:00pm, will feature the Great Train Robbery classical rock band as well as food from Mamma Lucia at College Park. Tickets are required to attend.

Start/FinishLocation: Boundary Channel Drive near the North Parking Lot of the Pentagon in Arlington, VA
Time Limit: All participants must maintain a 15 minute pace and complete the race by 9:30am when official timing will end.
Scoring: All participants must have a race number to start and run. Chrono-Track disposable "D-Tags" will be used.
Awards: Awards will be presented to overall, masters, wheelchair and team categories beginning at 10:00am.
