Girl Scout cookies went on sale for $3.25 per box beginning January 8 and running through March 7, 2010.
With a brand new flavor called Thank U Berry Munch, purchasing Girl Scout cookies is a delicious way to support our local troops in Parker, CO.
Everyone’s favorites are still available including Samoas, Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Trefoils, Lemon Chalet Cremes, Do-Si-Dos and Dulce de Leche.
In 2009, Colorado Girl Scouts earned more than $2 million from cookie sales. Revenues help girls develop leadership skills at summer camps, troop and council activities, and build other life skills such as goal setting and money management
According to the Colorado Girl Scout web site, nine schools in Parker host local troops. Anyone wishing to join a Parker Girl Scout troop can contact Lesa through the Parker page.
