Support group to focus on fostering independence in your child in Northeast Tarrant County

The Arc of Northeast Tarrant County will hold a workshop called 'Fostering independence, Developing Confidence and Self-Reliance in Your Child' on Saturday, June 12, in Haltom City.

The presenter is Courtney Boggs - Kissel, Giggles Therapy and she will talk about ways to challenge their children and foster self-reliance and give you strategies for a more independent child.

This is part of the RISE series of workshops that strive to support families of children with special needs.

R.I.S.E. meetings are held the 2nd Saturday of each month from 2:30 – 4:30.
Meeting location: The Arc of NETC - (Arc House)
1806 Haltom Road Haltom City, Texas 76117
During each meeting, participants will hear from an invited guest from 2:30 – 4:00.
From 4:00 – 4:30 families will have time to reflect on information presented and network.
