Supersize the flavor of burgers with onion dip and potato chips

Burgers are juicy and taste great when cooked over an open flame grill or even broiled inside. Preparing a hamburger is easy, what to add on top of them is what makes each one an individually special.

Many people just add ketchup and call it a day. Others add lettuce and tomato with a little mayonnaise to make their burger ideal. Grilled or sautéed mushrooms are another way to top a hamburger adding a sweet taste and opposite texture when bitten into.

Pickles, relish and cheese are other favorites and for those who are bold add either a slice of raw onion or sautéed onions for a real burst of flavor.

Every time burgers are on the menu the meat and bun are always the same basics for building a delicious hand-held meal. No two burgers are ever the same, and who would want to stick to the same version time and time again.

Now you can supersize the flavor of your next burger by layering it with a slice of lettuce and some potato chips, pickles and some creamy onion dip. You will be surprised at the taste, texture and crunch. This may be your next favorite concoction when burgers are being prepared for dinner or outdoor gatherings and barbecues.

Enjoy!
