In this next "SPN" episode, Crowley (Mark Sheppard) wants to reclaim his place as King of Hell and asks Dean (Jensen Ackles) to repay that favor he owes him for helping Sam (Jared Padalecki) by helping him find "The First Blade," the only blade that can kill Abbadon (Alaina Huffman). Dean wants her dead too, so the two set off on a road trip and are surprised when they find out Cain (Timothy Omundson), the first son, has the blade.

Meanwhile, back at the bunker, Castiel (Misha Collins) notices leftover grade in Sam, and if they can extract it, they can use it to track Gadreel. However, the procedure to do so could result in permanent damage to Sam.

The "First Born" promo offers a look at Crowley finding Dean to join him in the hunt to kill Abbadon. He loves a good buddy comedy, after all. So get ready for lots of fighting and killing, while Cain just sits back, drinks tea and shucks corn. But just because Dean and Crowley are going to be working together doesn't mean anything's changed. "We are the furthest thing from family," Dean tells him. Plus check out the promotional photos the CW has released from this episode in the slideshow and here.

"Supernatural" season 9 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on the CW. What do you think of this episode 11 "First Born" preview?
