'Supernatural' 9x10 sneak peek: Crowley knows what it means that he's plan A

In this next "SPN" episode, Dean vows to find Gadreel, not only to free Sam (Jared Padalecki), but also to seek revenge for Kevin's (Osric Chau) death. Castiel (Misha Collins) joins him at the bunker and has a suggestion: try to separate Sam's brain from the angel's to talk to him and have him expel Gadreel. But there's one problem: the only one who can do that is Crowley.

The "Road Trip" sneak peek shows Crowley explaining that cracking open an angel is "more art than science," and if he's going to do it for them, he wants a field trip in return for some fresh air. While Dean says no, Crowley knows just how desperate he must be: "If I'm plan A, I'm sure you have a totally viable, much better plan B." Castiel argues that Dean can't really be considering saying yes and that Crowley is always a threat, even with the chains. When Crowley suggests getting "Moose" for a tiebreaker, he realizes why they're there. "The poor giant baby's in trouble again, isn't he?" Yes, they have a deal. Don't forget to check out the episode 10 promotional photos the CW has released.

"Supernatural" season 9 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on the CW. "Road Trip" airs Jan. 14. What do you think of this episode 10 clip?
