Supermodel Gisele Bundchen, who was the highest-paid model in 2010, exercises daily and follows a healthy diet to maintain her sexy bikini body.
Yoga, Martial Arts, Strength-Training
The leggy 5'11" Brazilian bombshell, who does yoga, martial arts and strength-training, is passing on her healthy diet habits to her son Benjamin, 22 months.
"Children, they are like white canvases," Bundchen, 31, tells the December 2011 issue of British Vogue. "When Benjamin eats broccoli, he thinks it's dessert!"
Gisele, who regained her svelte 126-pound pre-pregnancy figure within weeks of giving birth in 2009, has even passed along fitness advice to her sisters.
"Like I tell my five sisters, who don't work at it very hard at all (to stay in shape), whatever you put in, you get out," says Bundchen.
"I'm not afraid of working hard at anything, whatever it is. I just always want to be the best that I can."
'You Have to Look After Yourself First'
Gisele, who's married to NFL quarterback Tom Brady, is happy with her fulfilling home life.
"Oh, Tom, he's such a gentle giant," Bundchen gushes. "I'm so proud of him. When I go to watch him play, I'm like this big cheerleader, jumping up and down for him. I was born such a passionate person. I don't know if that's my blessing or my curse."
Gisele juggles a successful modeling career with a hectic family life, but always makes time to pamper and take care of herself.
"People think if you look after yourself you're being selfish, you know," says the former Victoria's Secret supermodel. "But what Tom taught me - and he is a living example of this - is that in order to be your best, you have to honor your own needs first.
"If I honor my needs first, I will be the best wife, the best mom, the best sister, the best friend. I have to come first, because then everyone benefits."
