Supermodel Adriana Lima is back in bikini shape just six months after giving birth to daughter Valentina.
Lima, who has been a Victoria's Secret model since 2000, followed a strict high-protein, low-carb diet and worked out daily to regain her sexy supermodel physique.

EXERCISED 1-2 HOURS DAILY
"It wasn't that bad," Lima, 28, told Us. "It was easy." Clearly, "easy" is a relative term for the gorgeous Brazilian-born Adriana.
To lose the pregnancy weight and tone up her muscles, Lima worked out for 1-2 hours with a trainer every day, doing boxing, jump rope and other high-impact cardio routines.
Sometimes Adriana worked out twice a day to speed up the weight-loss process.

As for diet, Lima followed a no-carb, all-protein regime for three weeks. While she has begun eating carbs, she still watches her portions and eats healthy, low-fat foods.
Adriana and husband Marko Jaric, a former NBA star ,welcomed their first child, daughter Valentina, in November 2009.
Lima loves being a mom. "Every day I discover something about her," she gushes. "Every single day is a pleasure to see her. I'm always rushing home! I never rushed to go back in my life! It's the best."
She adds: “I never thought I could love so much. I always thought, does unconditional love exist? Now I know it does because I feel it."

Ain't she perfect?
I wish celebrities would go into more details. Like how did she prevent stretch marks? Or what exactly did she eat. While I am taking notes I still need to know more lol. While I would be excited to give birth, I do love my body a whole lot. Pregnancy is only for about 9 months. My body must last me a lifetime.
