Earlier this week, viewers got their first look at the Man of Steel in the upcoming Batman v.Superman: Dawn of Justice. The film will be makes its way to the summer of 2016 and at long last feature two of the most iconic heroes together on the silver screen. The previous report featured Henry Cavill in his Clark Kent attire. However, a new report for Dawn of Justice gives fans and moviegoers at not just Clark Kent, but Clark as Superman.
In a report from USA Today, the acclaimed newspaper featured a glimpse into the film. Along with the article came the first image of Superman in Dawn of Justice. The image is a promotional shot much like the first pic of Ben Affleck as Batman. The new shot of Superman features the Man of Steel in his previous film attire. That is what it looks like at first glance, but if you take a closer look at the suit, Superman's attire is different. Not only is Superman showing off a new haircut and belt, but the outfit itself looks bluer It could as easily be just the pictures, but if the suit has had a indeed change in its tint, then it seems that the Man of Steel's cinematic attire is creating a closer blend to the classic outfit.
While comic book fans and moviegoers will have their attention at the new picture, another thing to note from this story was USA Today's discussion with director Zach Snyder. While filming in Detroit, Snyder answer a lot of USA Today's question. One in particular was the director giving readers a better idea of the plot for this anticipated superhero film; at least from the perspective of Superman.
Man of Steel was all about Superman finding his place in the world as both a hero and as a man, ultimately saving the city of Metropolis from certain doom. Dawn of Justice continues to immerse him on Earth by working at the Daily Planet as Clark Kent along with Lois Lane (Amy Adams) and Perry White (Laurence Fishburne). But it also takes him to new environments such as Gotham City and introduces larger threats, including Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg).

From Snyder's word, the director is hoping to throw the Man of Steel in a bigger world that will be the foundation of a cinematic universe. So while the full details of the film's story are still unclear, moviegoers should be able to piece together the direction of this blockbuster's plot.
