The SuperLotto Plus jackpot for Jan. 23 has reached $15 million, the California Lottery Commission announced Wednesday in an emailed news alert.
Drawings take place every Wednesday and Saturday after ticket selling ends at 7:45 p.m. PST. Results are usually known at about 8:45 p.m.
The jackpot was at $14 million on Saturday, but no one bought tickets that matched the winning jackpot numbers.
Two winning tickets were sold for the $28,819 prize. They were sold in Menlo Park and Hacienda Heights.
Fifteen tickets were drawn for $1,921 prizes.
Prizes range in size from $1 to the jackpot prize.
