Ingredients
1 cup sprouted, organic black beans
2 cups water
½ organic onion, chopped
½ organic red pepper, chopped
1 organic carrot, chopped fine
2 cloves organic garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons regular chili powder
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
2 tablespoons organic tomato paste
Method
Sprout black beans overnight by putting in a bowl and covering with water by a few inches. Drain and rinse well before using
Put all ingredients in the crockpot
Turn on high and cook until tender
