Clark St) – Party platters such as “The Tailgate” ($125, serves 6-8) – a whole smoked pork shoulder with sides including baked beans, mac & cheese, and coleslaw, or “The Truck Bed” ($350, serves 13-15) – a combination of chili, chicken wings, pulled pork, and fried chicken, are a sure-fire way to please a hungry crowd. Note, at least 48hrs advance notice is required for all large orders.
New York City:

Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken (28 E 1st St) offers “The Tailgater” ($45) – 24 wings served with fries and coleslaw; “The Blue Ribbon Sandwich” ($7) – crispy chicken breast with shredded lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumbers and Blue Ribbon Special Sauce; and “The Bird” ($29) – 8 pieces: 2 wings, 2 thighs & 2 drumsticks, served with fries & coleslaw. Note, all large orders must be placed at least 24hrs in advance.
· macbar NYC (54 Prince Street) offers a catering menu featuring a variety of mac & cheese flavors that feed up to 20ppl, including the “Mac Quack” ($70), mac & cheese served with duck confit, white cheddar, fontina and caramelized onion; the “Lobster Mac” ($80) with tender chunks of fresh lobster, cognac, tarragon and mascarpone cheese; and the “Mac Stroganoff” ($55) made with braised beef, stewed mushrooms and sour cream sauce.
