Superbowl recipes: Chicken wings four ways recipe

I baked 3/4 of the wings, saving the remainder to be deep fried Cajun style. I started all of the sauces before baking the wings so all the flavors would meld. Add the ingredients to your tastes.

24-30 chicken wings, sectioned

Bake wings at 375° for 35-45 minutes. Turn and bake another 35-45 minutes or til nice and crispy. Toss with individual sauces.

Rajin' Cajun

  • buttermilk
  • fresh garlic
  • flour
  • Cajun seasoning
  1. Marinate wings one hour and up to overnight in buttermilk and garlic. Mix flour with Cajun seasoning and deep fry on vegetable oil til nice and crispy and cooked through.

Honey Lime

  • honey
  • fresh lime juice
  • zest of one lime
  • fresh garlic
  • salt and white pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients and toss with baked wings.

Asian Style

  • fish sauce
  • soy sauce
  • fresh lemon juice
  • sugar
  • orange marmalade
  • fresh garlic
  • sliced onion
  • sesame oil
  • white pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients and toss with baked wings.

Jerked

  • olive oil
  • Jerk seasoning
  1. Mix olive oil and Jerk seasoning. Toss with baked wings.
