One of the most popular salad dressings on the market today is that "stuff" called Ranch Dressing. You can buy it in a package containing more chemicals than found in a medical research laboratory or you can find it in bottles looking exactly like what it is, gunk! The fact of the matter is, most people have never actually tasted real Ranch Dressing because most people prefer processed crap over natural ingredients -- which basically equates to people choosing death over life!
What real Ranch dressing is, is a wonderful combination of fresh ingredients. Because of its fresh taste, it is much more than just a salad dressing. It is a wonderful dip for spiced chicken wings; a great topping for grilled chicken breasts; a wonderful binding for chicken or tuna salad. You can actually use it just as you would use mayonnaise to bring more zest and zing to any sandwich!
To make your own Ranch Dressing is really as simple as whisking the ingredients. The only ingredient you need which you might not have around the house is buttermilk. Once you make it, keep it in a sealed container in the refridgerator and it will stay fresh for a few days.
So do your body a favor and stay away from the chemical-rich packaged Ranch Dressing or the bottled industrial waste Ranch Dressing and start to make your own!
