A potential cut scene sequence may have been shown for the upcoming multiplatform video game, “Super Smash Bros. 4.” According to a report by Wii U Daily on Sept. 5, Masahiro Sakurai recently provided a different look at his Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS project.
The new media asset shows Mega Man watching as Wii Fit Trainer comes jogging in at a distance. Although most of the previous images focus on the 2D fighting action, the latest shot was taken in a 3D perspective. The scenario takes place in the Skyloft stage, which is based on “The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword” on the Nintendo Wii. Masahiro Sakurai also left a short comment, hinting that Mega Man encountered Wii Fit Trainer during the middle of a marathon. His statement suggests that the scenario may be a part of a cut scene from “Super Smash Bros. 4.” You can take a look at his message below (courtesy of Wii U Daily):
