Here's a simple recipe that can be made in your slow cooker that will warm your soul and also make your house smell amazing.
Simple, easy, healthy and delicious!
1 whole organic chicken seasoned to your liking. I use kosher salt, pepper, paprika. Old Bay works well too
1/2 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
Pour the broth into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place the seasoned chicken on top.
Cook the chicken on low setting for up to 8 hours.
Serve with wild rice and broiled asparagus
