The Europe based company, New Generation Bio, has produced a very simple device called the BE-FuelSaver. Test data indicate that when placed in the fuel tank or affixed close to the fuel line it allows for an improvement in gas mileage, a reduction in emissions, and an increase in horsepower and torque. They are looking to expand their market.

Pure Energy Systems News
There are all sorts of devices available on the internet that are claimed to allow for an improvement in fuel efficiency. Many of them are complex electrolysis systems that inject HHO into the engine of a vehicle. Some of these HHO boosting systems do improve gas mileage, but they can be challenging for a novice to install. There seems to be a need for a super simple system that holds the potential to improve gas mileage, and provide other benefits. The European company, New Generation Bio (N-G), may have an answer with their "BE-FuelSaver."
The "BE-FuelSaver" is a metal rod composed of stainless steel that is inserted into the gas tank (best effect) of a vehicle, or attached on the outside of the fuel line. It is claimed to have been treated in a certain undisclosed way which allows it to extract energy from the environment, and use that energy to enable the fuel to be more easily broken down from its long-chain carbons to the more easily- and efficiently-burned short-chain carbon molecules. Also, the modified fuel is asserted to clean carbon deposits from the engine.
Once installed in a vehicle the BE-FuelSaver allegedly allows for a 10% to 20% increase in fuel efficiency (or more in older vehicles with large engines), a decrease in emissions, more horsepower, and more torque. The first 5% to 10% gain in fuel efficiency comes immediately. After the engine has been cleaned by the modified fuel -- after approximately six tanks of fuel have been consumed -- the efficiency typically goes up to around 20%.
The product line has been selling well in Europe, having started there about a decade ago; and now they are looking to expand into other markets. Thirty thousand units are claimed to have been sold so far, mostly in German speaking countries. Also, a number of buses are using the BE-FuelSaver in the city of Vienna, including from a major and reputable state-owned company. Several metro bus results are listed on the company's results page, ranging from 7% to 12% improvement in mileage. Contact information is provided for these results, enabling people to call these customers to reconfirm and it is a . Large vehicles that travel extensively can see their purchase costs recouped in 2-6 months, at least in Europe, where fuel prices are much higher than in the U.S.
It is important to note the device works with both gasoline and diesel engines. The BE-FuelSaver, available in several dimensions (including S, M, L and XL); can be used in boats, cars, trucks, and almost anything that has an engine that consumes fuel, including a home heater (BE-Oilsaver) that burns oil.
In many vehicles, the application is as simple as dropping the rod down into the tank. Done. But some vehicles have screens, and some have chambers in the tank, which prevent the rod from going to the bottom of the tank where it will be in contact with the fuel continually. In these cases, it is recommended that the rod be fastened to the fuel line (the metal connector portion, not the hosing portion, which is thicker and doesn't permit the rod to get as close to the fuel). In any case, a tank installation, maybe by a garage, will be the best, because of the contact with the fuel.
