Warm Apple and Maple Coffee Cake
A super easy way to make a filling and flavorful breakfast. We have chosen broccoli, ham and cheese, be creative and add additional ingredients to suit your tastes (sausage, bacon, onions, etc.)
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix (it's gluten free)
- 1 tsp Aussie Outback Rub
- 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets, cooked & chopped
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat eggs and milk until fluffy. Add flour and Aussie Outback Rub and beat or whisk until smooth. Butter 12 muffin tins. Fill each 1/3 with egg mixture and then divide the broccoli and and cheese between each. Bake for about 18 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
