Super Bowl XLVII odds: 49ers, Patriots favorites, long shot Ravens still alive

The 2013 NFL playoffs schedule is down to the final four teams as the AFC and NFC Conference championships are set to take place this upcoming Sunday afternoon.

Last weekend's game went as predicted, at least as far as Las Vegas odds makers were concerned. Every favorite advanced to the conference championship round except for the Denver Broncos whose defense forgot how to cover passes over 15 yards.

So, of the final four teams left in the running for the Vince Lombardi trophy, will one of the long shots win, or a heavy favorite?

As of today, Jan.15, the new favorite to win Super Bowl XLVII is the New England Patriots. New England now stands at even money to win this year’s title game, and why not?

The Patriots are playing great football and with the Denver Broncos (the Super Bowl XLVII favorites when the postseason began) already eliminated, Tom Brady and New England will face the Ravens from the friendly confines of Gillette Stadium, where the Pats hardly ever lose!

Here is a look at the current odds to win Super Bowl XLVII. Who is your pick to win on Super Sunday?

  • Atlanta Falcons +700 (7 to 1)
  • Baltimore Ravens +800 (8 to 1)
  • New England Patriots EVEN
  • San Francisco 49ers +250 (2 ½ to 1)
