Gigaom reported today January 31, 2013 the best and most secure ways to watch a high quality live stream of Super Bowl XLVII, Sunday February 3, 2013 without a cable or satellite subscription on your smartphone, home computer, or tablet. Like the holidays, Super Bowl Sunday only comes around once a year and the entire world is anxious to find legitimate ways to watch this Sunday on a high definition live stream.
- CBS Sports website: This is a landmark event because this is the first time any network has fully live streamed the entire show and half time show of any Super Bowl in history. The live stream will be from their website only featuring, live stats and tweets, DVR control to pause, rewind, and fast forward, and multiple angle to view the game from.
- NFL Mobile: Verizon Wireless and Verizon FIOS customers will be able to download the NFL Mobile app and watch a direct live stream from their smartphone or tablet device.
