Super Bowl XLVII facts and figures: Droughts, this year's projections and more (Video)

Super Bowl XLVII is less than two weeks away as the Baltimore Ravens will tangle with the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Feb. 3. Here is a list of some facts and figures heading into the big game:

-The Detroit Lions, Cleveland Browns. Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans have never appeared in the Super Bowl. After that, the longest drought for a Super Bowl berth goes to the New York Jets, who last played in the big game in 1969. Next is the Kansas Chiefs, whose last appearance came in 1970. Rounding out the top five are the Minnesota Vikings (1977), Miami Dolphins (1985) and Cincinnati Bengals (1989).

-The most repeated Super Bowl match-up is the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers at three times. Four other match-ups have taken place twice:

Miami Dolphins vs. Washington Redskins

Cincinnati Bengals vs. San Francisco 49ers

Buffalo Bills vs. Dallas Cowboys

New England Patriots vs. New York Giants
