With the kickoff of Super Bowl XLVIII (48) between the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos just days away, one ticketing website is offering tickets for sale with payment by Bitcoin. The site, Bitseats.com, has four separate listings for Super Bowl ticket packages.

The ticket prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and start at $3,463. On the checkout page, though, the dollar value is converted into Bitcoins. After checkout is complete, the buyer is given the wallet address to send the Bitcoin payment.

The site also offers secondhand tickets to concerts, pro sports events, UFC, theater and other events. Though no pro sports league in the U.S. has officially embraced Bitcoin payments, the Sacramento Kings in the National Basketball Association announced plans last week to became the first pro sports franchise to accept Bitcoin for game tickets and team merchandise.
