Ladies today is the big party for America’s favorite sport – THE SUPER BOWL. Of course we have parties, we watch and comment on the commercials and the half-time show and hope and pray that Renee Fleming does not have a “wardrobe malfunction”. Before the party begins; spend time with your guy; give him a great skin treatment and/or massage you have all the products at home. Here are some great recipes for your very own pre-game blitz.

The winter season brings about dryness and dehydration to the face and body; coconut and olive oils are wonderful treatments especially for men. Both oils are wonderful hydrators, and it will also help to condition and sooth the face after shaving. Coconut oil contains Vitamin E, which helps to protect the skin from environmental damage and it also strengthens skin tissue.

3 Tsp of coconut oil

1 Tsp of oil

2 Tsp of water

Whisk together for 5 minutes, you can warm it if you like as well, and massage into the face for 5-10 minutes, and cleanse with warm water and pat dry.

To massage your guy’s body: you can use the coconut recipe, but I like using grape seed oil and adding an essential oil it. Adding an essential oil takes your massage to another level. Most guys love the smell of sandalwood, it is such a manly smell, so you can’t go wrong with it.

Grape seed oil is very beneficial to the skin. Grape seed oil is a great anti-oxidant, so it will help with keeping the texture of the skin. Grape seed oil is also wonderful to even out the skin tone.

6-10 Tsp of grape seed oil

6 Tsp of olive oil

10 Tbsp. of castor oil

20-30 drops of an essential oil

Add the carrier oils to a glass bottle add essential oil of your choice, shake it to blend and slowly massage into skin. Shower the treatment off and pat the skin dry.

Ladies after you have pampered your guy, and reminded him that Valentine’s Day is twelve days away; ladies you will become the half-time activity and post-game show. HAPPY SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!!
