With less than 2 weeks to go until the 49ers and Ravens face off in the Super Bowl, it's time to start planning your party. Super Bowl Sunday consists of food, beer, and fun. If you follow a gluten-free diet, a Super Bowl party can be a tough place to find something safe to eat. What's the solution to this? Prepare gluten-free foods! You can always bring food with you or even better, host the party yourself. Here is a recipe for gluten-free chicken wings.
Gluten-free chicken wings: (Recipe from CanIEatHere.com)
18-20 chicken wings
3/4 cups all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour

1/2 cup hot sauce (Organic Harvest, Texas Pete, Frank's Red Hot are all gluten-free)
Lightly grease baking sheet.
In large Zip-lock bag, combine flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Shake to mix ingredients.
Add chicken wings, shake until evenly coated.
Place wings onto baking sheet, cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
In small bowl, stir together hot sauce and melted butter
Dip wings into bowl and place back onto baking sheet.
