Super Bowl predictions for the 2014 game are coming from everywhere, but Madden NFL 25 presents a very intriguing Super Bowl 2014 prediction. According to a report from Monday (Jan. 27), EA Sports has revealed how simulations using the Xbox One version of Madden NFL 25 has turned out. It's possibly good news for the Denver Broncos, as the game producers feel that the team will beat the Seattle Seahawks this year.
While some football fans might consider these simulations to be unreliable when it comes to projecting NFL action, it's worth pointing out that they have correctly predicted eight of the last 10 Super Bowls. That includes correctly picking the spread for last year's game and coming within one point of doing the same thing in the year before that. The simulator picked the Baltimore Ravens to beat the San Francisco 49ers in 2013 as well as the New York Giants beating the New England Patriots in 2012.
In this game, the 2014 Super Bowl predictions include a final score of 31-28 in favor of the Broncos. They even suggest that the game will go into overtime before it gets settled by a field goal from Matt Prater. That certainly sounds like a really exciting game for fans of both teams, but the projected finish might not be what Seattle Seahawks fans want to hear. It's probably made worse by the people at Madden correctly predicting that the Pittsburgh Steelers would beat the Seahawks in Super Bowl XL.
The people at Madden NFL 25 also pick Peyton Manning as the MVP for the big game.
