Super Bowl odds 2014: Denver Broncos favored over Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl

Super Bowl 2014 odds still favor the Denver Broncos to beat the Seattle Seahawks. An updated look at the 2014 Super Bowl odds has the Broncos as 2-3 point favorites to win the title. According to a report from Sunday (Jan. 26), most of the main betting sites have Denver at -2 heading into the big game. For fans of the Seahawks looking for the best site to bet on the team, going to one with a -3 line would provide the best opportunity to come out on top.

The current over/under for the game is at 47, meaning the sports books are basically predicting a 25-22 outcome in favor of the Broncos. That would be a really low-scoring game for Peyton Manning and his offense, but it also suggests that a weak Broncos defense will be able to hold the Seahawks' offense at bay. Typically Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch do pretty well against weaker defenses, so that line might seem pretty low to anyone planning to place a wager on this game.

No matter where NFL fans are getting their 2014 Super Bowl odds from, the Denver Broncos are being called the favorites and the Seattle Seahawks are clearly being denoted as the underdogs in this game. The teams finished with identical 15-3 overall records this year, with the Broncos knocking off the New England Patriots for the AFC championship and the Seahawks beating the San Francisco 49ers for the NFC championship.

Game time is set for 3:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, Feb. 2 and it should remain at that time unless weather becomes a factor.
